The inaugural Indian Cultural Congress 2025 will be held from 20 to 22 December 2025 in Ernakulam, Kerala, a region renowned for its vibrant cultural life and progressive public discourse. Organised by a collective of cultural institutions and organisations, with the support of the Department of Culture, Government of Kerala, the Congress will unfold across multiple venues and present an extensive programme of discussions, seminars, performances, film screenings, exhibitions, workshops, and street arts.
